Real estate business cards suck, I mean it they really do. Why? Well because most of your cards go to waste. Most consumers go to the internet when looking for real estate, and that is where they will usually find the agent that they eventually work with. Not a business card that they will either throw away or send to the business card graveyard, their drawer. Get away from business cards and get when the consumer is, Online.

Real estate flyers don’t work. They are expensive and time consuming and a waste of ink, paper, a tree, etc. Don’t use flyers, direct the consumer to a blog where they can get more information, discover your value proposition and search for properties

Today Facebook launched Places. What’s Places? Places is a feature that lets you share your location with your online “friends”. Your check-in will then appear on that location’s “place page,” on your profile and in your friend’s News Feeds.
